Before Confirmation

Bookings cancelled before confirmation will not incur any cancellation charges.

After Confirmation

Please inform us as early as possible if you wish to cancel your booking. Cancellation charges, if applicable, will be communicated during the cancellation process.

No Show

If the customer fails to arrive at the pickup location without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

Driver Delay

In rare situations involving traffic, weather or unforeseen circumstances, pickup times may vary. We will keep you informed of any delays.
